Welcome! To view the full class schedule Click here! At this time, Jennifer Olszowy, PT, DPT, CPI is not accepting new clients for private Pilates sessions or physical therapy. Existing clients may continue scheduling private sessions as usual, and new clients are welcome and encouraged to join any of our group classes. Description of group classes show when clicking on the individual class selection. To join the waitlist for private Pilates, please fill out the contact form on our website or email rootedpilatesandwellness@gmail.com. For any beginner clients looking to book a group class, clients with any past or current injuries, limitations or difficulty following directions will need a private 1:1 session prior to the start of group classes. Jennifer Olszowy PT, DPT

Jenn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, receiving her DPT at D’Youville College in 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Buffalo. She is also a comprehensive Balanced Body certified Pilates Instructor teaching since 2015.

Jenn has experience working with a wide range of clients of all ages with a variety of medical conditions and abilities. She has special interests working with clients with scoliosis, low back pain, balance impairments, pre and postnatal exercise, as well as cyclists and golfers.

Using her knowledge of physical therapy, pilates and exercise science, she strives to educate her clients on relieving musculoskeletal pain, restoring functional movement and achieving their movement goals. Sessions are always fun, informative and challenging.

Jenn resides and practices in Albany, NY. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being active outdoors, cooking and traveling.
